General Strike U.S. - Detroit / Downriver is a coalition of workers, neighbors, and organizers across the Downriver communities. We build the everyday infrastructure of solidarity so that when it is time to withhold our labor, we are ready.

We are not waiting for permission. We run a free store, share meals, and train each other in the basics of organizing. Every program is a way to meet a real need today and to strengthen the network we will lean on tomorrow.
